The main function of gas turbine operation and maintenance is to monitor the current working condition of the gas turbine, timely detect various fault situations, and the endoscope can be quickly detected through the inspection hole, which has a wide range of applications in power plants and complete machine factories.
Industrial endoscopes can be used for non-destructive visual inspection of components such as compressors, combustion chambers, and turbines in gas turbines. The main causes of damage to gas turbine blades and hot passages are corrosion, fatigue, foreign object impact, etc. Therefore, the content of industrial endoscope inspection mainly includes the following aspects:
Compressor: blade fracture, dust accumulation, corrosion, changes in top clearance, rusting of blade trailing edge and stationary blade root, and damage caused by foreign objects.
Combustion chamber: burning through, cracking, falling off, carbon deposition, cracks, metal defects, hot corrosion, and assembly connection status between the combustion chamber and the transition section.
Turbine: corrosion, blockage, cracking, bending deformation, pits, chipping, erosion, metal defects, rust, local deformation, foreign object impact, scaling, and surface coating condition.
